Teachers Application and Survey
As soon as I receive the nominations I will email all participants and ask them to complete the teachers application form and the ICT Skills Audit.
Blogs
We will use blogs as one of the ways of tracking participants progress throughout the course.  If you are currently running a blog I would like you to inform me of the blogs URL(s) so that I can attach them to your VLE page.

Each participants will be required to send Judy Jakes a digital photograph(passport photo size) and a short biography for the VLE as soon as possible.

Dates for the diary
During the induction twilight on 30th April participants will be given a digital camera and a number of tasks that need to be completed by the first training block. For those that enjoy finding out about cameras  participants will receive either a Canon A740 or a Canon A650.  They are both good cameras, we just haven’t made our minds up yet.

Kit and Workshop Day: 17th May 2008   8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Last year we gave out the kit during a twilight session and then began using it during the next training day.  A number of people found this very frustrating and would have liked to have had more time to familiarise themselves with the kit, especially the Mac side.  This year we are holding a workshop day on a Saturday so that we can have some fun and learn how to do some exciting things with the software that participants have been provided with.  If any of the Senior Leaders would like to join us on that day then please contact Judy Jakes so that she can ensure that there is kit for you to use.
